We officially began our adoption journey in July 2004  

10/2/05  We are packed and ready to go!  Can not wait to meet up with our group on the 7th and 8th and of course Cassie on the 9th -- keep watching for more updates on the travel pages!

9/10/05 We have travel dates.  We will be leaving Memphis on October 3rd for China! See the travel log page for more details

 8/30/05 Well we got travel notice FINALLY!  Now we are waiting for our Consualte Appointment, then they will be able to arrange our trip- should be hearing any day.  Let the packing begin :-) 

7/29/05 at 11:53 am (Central) the call came, we are finally introduced to our daughter by Andrea at CCAI- it was love at first site!!

7/6/05 Home study update needed due to Angela's job loss$300.00

3/7/05 Post placement deposit to CCAI $500.00

1/10/05 LID Dossier was logged in at CCAA - the wait begins

12/29/04 DTC Dossier was sent to China $565.00

12/20/04  All Dossier papers reviewed by CCAI and are going to translation $2300.00

11/19/04  TN documents have been authenticated in DC $205.00

11/18/04 Sean had new physical just have to wait on form and letter to be completed and then we will proceed with getting all the TN documents certified and then on to DC

11/13/04 MS documents sent for Authentication to Houston $205

11/6/04   I-171H Arrived!  Has been notarized waiting on certification

10/15/04 Getting dossier documents notarized and certified $150

10/1/04   I-600 & home study sent from MS State to Immigration Office

9/23/04   Home study completed and we were fingerprinted.  $665.00

8/3/04       Started Home study  $700.00            

7/23/04   Agency agreement and First Fee to CCAI  $1950.00

7/17/04  Applied to CCAI    $150.00
